Who we are

ETTC Labs is a Wyoming LLC focused on emerging technology testing and compliance support. Official client contact uses our Cheyenne, Wyoming headquarters only (see NAP lock below). We maintain a second location in Forest Park, Georgia — that site is not headquarters and must not be used for billing or support contact.

Important things to know upfront

ETTC Labs is transparent about what we do not claim:

  • We are not ISO/IEC 17025 accredited.
  • We are not an FCC-recognized Information Technology Laboratory (ITL) or Telecommunications Certification Body.
  • We do not claim regulator recognition, notified-body status, or accreditation seals.
  • Humans certify final results. Software and AI may assist with preparation and checks, but a qualified person must approve and release any report.
Reports and language

Reports and communications from ETTC Labs describe observations and findings from the work performed. They are not accreditation certificates or regulatory approvals unless explicitly stated in writing under a separate authorized program.

How an engagement works

When you work with ETTC Labs, your project is tracked as an engagement — a structured record from first contact through final delivery. Each engagement moves through defined steps so nothing is skipped:

  1. Intake — We confirm who you are, what you need tested or reviewed, and the scope of work.
  2. Impartiality — Lab staff declare any conflicts of interest. A separate qualified person accepts the disclosure before work proceeds.
  3. Evidence — Materials you provide are received, identified, and sealed with a cryptographic hash for chain-of-custody.
  4. Source and build — When applicable, the exact software revision under test is locked via our GitHub App integration (personal access tokens are never used).
  5. Methods and testing — An authorized test method and plan are applied. Technicians record findings against that plan.
  6. Technical review — A reviewer who did not perform the testing checks the work.
  7. Report — A draft report is prepared (AI may assist with drafting; a human reviews the content).
  8. Quality release — A qualified person performs a final checklist and certifies the report for delivery.
  9. Closed — The engagement is complete and archived.
Your part in the workflow

You do not need to manage these steps yourself. Your main responsibilities are providing accurate information, delivering evidence in the agreed format, and reviewing deliverables when they are sent to you.

What you provide as a client
  • Contact and company details — Legal entity name, billing contact, technical contact.
  • Scope description — What product, system, or artifact is under review; what questions you need answered.
  • Evidence — Physical samples, files, documentation, or repository access as agreed in the statement of work.
  • Timelines and constraints — Deadlines and regulatory context for our awareness only (we do not imply regulatory endorsement).
Evidence and custody

Keep copies of everything you send. Once evidence is received in the lab system, it is hashed and sealed; you may receive a digest reference for your records.

Reports and deliverables
  • Describes what was tested or reviewed and under which method or plan.
  • States findings as observations (for example, whether a digest matched sealed evidence).
  • Includes jurisdiction and limitation language where applicable.
  • Is signed or certified by an authorized person — not by automated software alone.
Claim language protection

If report language uses forbidden accreditation or recognition wording (see non-claims above), that text is blocked by our systems until it is rewritten as a factual observation. This protects both you and ETTC Labs from misleading claims.

Public site features (current)

The ETTC Lab OS public site includes areas planned for client self-service. As of Phase 1, these are not yet live:

PageStatus
/portal — Client portalComing Soon — no login; cannot view engagements, invoices, or reports online yet
/verify — Report verificationComing Soon — no certificate lookup or QR verification yet
Until the portal is live

Your primary contact channel is direct communication with ETTC Labs (phone or agreed project email). Your project manager or laboratory director will share status updates and deliverables through your established channel.

When /portal and /verify go live in a future release, this page will be updated with step-by-step instructions for logging in and checking report authenticity.

Your role in the process
  1. Request work — Describe your need; ETTC Labs opens an engagement and completes intake.
  2. Confirm scope — Review and agree to the scope and requested work before testing begins.
  3. Submit evidence — Deliver materials per the agreed instructions (format, labeling, shipping or secure transfer).
  4. Stay reachable — Respond to clarification questions during intake or testing.
  5. Receive and review deliverables — Review the final report; raise questions through your project contact.
Internal ops (staff only)

You do not need access to the internal operations system (/ops). That environment is for laboratory staff only.

When in doubt, ask
